My name is Maria Kapadia and I am the winner of the General Knowledge quiz published in your paper on 23rd December 2019. Last week, I received a letter from Mr Shah from your marketing division, acknowledging that I won the contest. In the letter, Mr. Shah has mentioned that I won a gift voucher worth INR 10,000/- valid till 31st December 2020. This voucher can be redeemed in any shopping centre and any part of India and is non-transferable.

I am aware that as per the terms and conditions mentioned, I am supposed to share my identification documents like pan card copy, address proof copy, passport copy and two passport size photographs. I am hereby attaching those required documents along with this letter. I would request your marketing team to courier the gift voucher at my residential address (as per the address proof submitted) as I will be travelling and will not be able to personally collect it from your office.

I would request your marketing team to seal package as confidential when they courier the voucher. Also, if you request the courier firm to handover the voucher only to me. Please ask the courier firm to call me personally, if required.

If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask.
