The table below shows the number of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit during the same two periods.

Overall, there was an increase in number of people who visited the museum post renovations. It is noticeable, the number of subjects who did not respond to the survey remained unchanged, whilst, a general increase was witnessed for visitors satisfied, as those dissatisfied reduced significantly after refurbishment.
It can clearly be seen that, after improvements to the museum, majority of people visited from 74.000 to 92.000 post renovations. The number of people who did not respond to the survey remained stagnant pre and post renovations, at 5%. A major rise was experienced from above one tenth to around a third of those who were very satisfied. Significantly, the subjects satisfied increased by exactly 10% from 30% to 40% post improvements.
However, a general decrease witnessed for visitors who were dissatisfied after improvements. There was a huge reduction in number of people who were dissatisfied post renovations from 40% to 15%, as well as, 50% fall for those very dissatisfied after refurbishment from 10% to 5%. Generally, there was a decreased in number of visitors to the museum before improvements, reduced client satisfaction, as well as, customer dissatisfaction. Whilst post improvements, a rise in number of people who visited the museum was experienced post renovation and client satisfaction.
