You recently ordered a small item online but when it arrived it was damaged.

explain what was wrong with the item
tell the company what you want them to do about it
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with my recent purchase from your online store. I received my order yesterday and I was extremely dissatisfied with an item that I bought from your website.
Let me elaborate, I placed an order for power bank for my MI-Note 7 Pro mobile phone with order number ET8554 on 5th January. However, I was waiting for the item desperately because I wanted to gift it to my brother on his birthday.
If I may explain, there were a number of problems with the product. Firstly, the USB port was damaged of the product. Secondly, it was a blue color power bank instead of a red one which I originally ordered. Moreover, it looks like a used item because I found a few scratches on it. Therefore, the product is totally unusable for me.
I would really appreciate if you could give me a full refund of my purchase. I would suggest you to address this issue immediately because it is all about your business goodwill. I would be happy if you wish me to offer a discount for my next purchase.
I look forward to hearing from you at earlier convenience.
Yours faithfully,
Deepak Sharma
