Which do you prefer with the same rate of pay, an interesting and challenging job with less vacation or a job with more vacation time but less fun?
With the development of technology these days, many jobs have been creating. There are some jobs that people do not work a lot. On the other hand, other jobs required people to toil, but people are interested in fields associated with jobs. If people have to choose a styling job between an industrious but interesting job and a job that are not sedulous, some people think that the easier job is better than another one. However, the exhausting job is better for people because it can be helpful for their future careers and people can enlarge their relationships with experts.
First of all, hard jobs can assist people’s future career to be successful. If people work in their fields despite a degree of work-strength, they can learn new techniques or master new skills. Also, conglomerates or authorized public organizations want to employ people who have an experience that they work in similar fields to the companies and the organizations. This is because the employees tend to make fewer errors, which is profitable to the places. For example, a lot of data of people who are hired by large companies shows that generally, they had worked in the same field. In addition, if people want to found their own companies, they can be funded by the investors easily. The most important factor for investors to support financially is trust. This is made by the CEO’s personal history. This is almost impossible if people get comfortable works.
Moreover, people can widen their relationships with professional people. To be specific, typically, strenuous and intrigued jobs required people to interact with other people. For example, in my case, I worked in the lab as a researcher. Even though, a natural scientist is an arduous job. Also, I could not do anything if I did not work with other experts. This is because some projects requested us to deal with huge equipment. Also, even if we do not need to cope with big things, most of the studies are progressed. Then, during the experiments, I had to communicate with other members, which allowed me to get along with them.
In conclusion, backbreaking jobs are more meaningful than other choices. People can be aided in terms of future careers. This is because many places or people want to take on or embark money on people who served in the near field to them. Also, it is beneficial to broaden their relationships with specialists in people’s fields.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
