My name is Samvedna Puri, student of short term 'Personality Development' course at your prestigious institution. I am inscribing this epistle to apprise you regarding my incompetency to attend the classes in evening batch. Gladly, i have been employing as a full time worker at "Texas International" since past 4 months and by ill luck my work commitments are creating inconvenience for me to continue the classes.
Since, i have been going through the initial working phase in the organisation, therefore as per the head office policy i have to undergo a training session to get acquainted with the culture and traits of the company. Consequently, i will be transferred to London for a period of two months to be the part this of program as this workshop is very imperative for my further career and is unavoidable.
Moreover, it would be highly appreciable if you could inform me about the schedule of upcoming batch and timings as I strongly anticipate to rejoin my prevailing course. Also, I would feel grateful if the already paid fee could be adjusted in next intake.
