Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the behavior of your staff to the customers. I forgot a few things, while, the staff did not help me in a proper way.
As I am shifting from my current location to the other city, I need to move the internet service, which was the reason, I went to you. Although, the job was very simple, I just need to fill the form and give it, I forgot the cabin for the purpose and asked one staff nearby, who got irritated with my question. I can understand the moment, as there were a lot of people, still, that is not the way one should handle his customer. To manage the crowd, you could specify the spot for the specific purpose and start the coupon system instead of manual queue.
Hope you understand my objection and will consider my opinion from the next visit.
