Recently, there are a lot of discussions about work which are more important than work or vice versa and whether it is going to improve or not. This essay will discuss why this would be beneficial for both work and family.
The main reason why spending a lot time at office is necessary because work can support the expense of family. That is, simply, having more work or higher position at the office means more funds for the family to improve their life. For instance, to buy a house or an apartment, higher education or healthcare and vacation to abroad. This condition, actually is not a problem for a single person, but sometimes it will be an issue if workers has got married. Spending more time for works is a cause of divorce at household. The workers must explain clearly to the spouse about activities at office and can maximize their little time for the family. Time for family in not about length of time but it is about quality and meaning.
In addition to this, some people believe spending more time for family is a top priority because they can be close to their family or children. It is important, for example they have older parents, they have a lot of time to accompany their parents, actually if their parent getting illness and must be accompanied to the hospital. This condition, I think is not big problem if they are is self employed but it’s big problem for unemployment, because they can get money to meet their needs.
In conclusion, using time for work or family are having a detrimental impact on people life. An increase time in the work is a good idea not only because of the good precedent set by wealthy and job position but also the fact that it would improve their life if they can manage their little time to the family.
