You recently moved to a different city and are looking for a place to stay. Write to a real estate agent and say:
-why did you move?
-what location would you prefer?
-describe the accommodation type that you need.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to enquire for rented accommodation in the city of Sydney for my family.
As I have been promoted to Director Projects by the organization and they have posted me to the office at Sydney, I am in dire need of a house. My wife is also working in the same company and will continue to work for the same company. Furthermore, we want to groom our careers, so this is the opportunity which we got.
Looking at our family, a two-bedroom apartment is preferable. I expect a well-equipped kitchen as my wife is an excellent chef and likes to give a try to variety of cuisines on weekends. Additionally, at least one reserved car park is essential as my company is offering me a car.
As far as transportation is concerned, we will be very happy to have nearby metro station and market since my wife can travel without hassle. Keeping my parents in mind accommodation in a quiet suburban area nearby a garden will be a great idea because we need not worry about their health. In the context, would you mind if you can search for suitable accommodation?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
William Smith
