Overall, what stands out from graph is that the maximum population of aged 75 years+ females were increased, while least of population which aged above 75 were grew.
Looking at graph into more detail, in 1901, total population in the UK were 3.4%, then increased 4.5 by 1961. Whereas, total population of youth were mount from 1.6% in 1901 to 1.5% in 1961. In addition, 15 years males and females increased by 167000 and 135000 in 1961 respectively. Also, population of 75+ man’s and woman’s rose from 51000 to 152000 and 49000 to 161000 respectively.
