REFLECTION
I. REFLECTION ON DEVELOPED WORKING AREA AND SKILLS:
Being an English teaching assistant at centers is an environment for me to interact and work directly with foreign teachers with high English proficiency. This is an opportunity for me to consolidate and improve my English skills in the most effective and intuitive way. In addition, teaching assistants will have many opportunities to learn how to manage a group, how to organize work, how to communicate, negotiate and negotiate, etc. All of these skills are essential to any anyone. The professional working environment of international standards has allowed me to observe and learn from working styles, company culture and qualifications. These are things that I definitely would not have been able to get in the school chair. Besides, my relationships are expanded and from these relationships, I will learn a lot of things not only about expertise but also very ordinary issues in life. It is a fact that even though the teaching assistant is not the main teacher, the teaching assistants are always the one responsible for the students' academic results as well as any problems that occur in the classroom. Parents will often complain to the first teaching assistants if they have something unhappy. In addition, teaching assistants will have to tutor weak students.
