Essay topics:

Some claim that studying abroad has great benefits for a student’s home country.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Many people believe that going abroad is beneficial for the home country student. In my opinion, I completely agree with this statement, there will be much more benefits for the country than the losses caused by these students who may emigrate.
First, when students go studying in another country, they would help boost their home country economy in the future. After graduation, they return home and find a job in their nation. Because of their understanding about foreign cultures, it helps them to work in multinational companies. For example, when they are successful and have high income, they can pay taxes to their country to help develop their country's economy.
Secondly, when students study abroad, they could promote their home culture to the world. There would be a lot of extra-curricular activities like the exchange between students about their cultures of origin or the introduction of student countries. For instance, at the RMIT International School in Melbourne, the school organizes the Multicultural Festival, students wear their national costumes, sing and dance traditional songs from their country, and students present their country's food to international friends.
In conclusion, although the students decide to go to abroad, there are great advantages for the country of origin. Enhancing the economy of student’s country and promoting their culture. Therefore, people should encourage them to study abroad.
