Your child is going away on a school trip for three days to another country. The head teacher wants some parents to join the trip and you would like to go.
Write a letter to the head teacher. In your letter:
• Say why you would like to go
• Suggest what you could do to help during the trip
• Ask some more questions about the trip
Dear Miss. Thompson,
I am writing to express my interest in the trip for my kid, which has been organized by your school to other country, Canada. My name is urvashi saxena mother of Rijul saxena a class 6th student of your esteemed education center.
With regards to the trip, I am keen to join the journey for three days as my child is curious to explore and see different culture of another part of the world. At the same time, I am little worried as my son falls sick with the change of weather.
Additionally, if I could be the part of your journey it would be of great help to you because of my experience as a guide. I even hold the degree of tourism and have worked in that country for a while. Also, I am well aware of children’s capabilities and their behaviors, I can easily assist you with the maintenance of orderly groups during their outing.
I would appreciate it if you can provide me with the itinerary as I have to arrange some daily requirements for my husband. Besides, please let me know if outfits are included in tour fees, so that I do not end up carrying heavy luggage.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
urvashi
