Write a letter to a book store manager who is living in another city. Ask him/her to make available a book that you are interested in. In your letter, you should tell:
– What book you are looking for?
– Why you need this book?
– How you plan to purchase the book?
Dear Mr.John,
My name is Rehana, your veteran customer and I am writing this letter to inform you that I want to buy a book “The Ramayana”. Thus, Please make this available by 20th July.
As I told you, I want “The Ramayana” because in this book we cannot only gain spiritual knowledge but also learn real-life lessons which are necessary for this fast-paced life. Unless you cannot cope up with this modern world, you do not update yourself in all manners. This book is religious and containing vast knowledge about life.
Well, being a bibliophile person, I have read myriad books in my life till date. But this book I want to read because this is suggested by one of my childhood friends. He told me that he liked it a lot and gained elaborated knowledge. As we speak the same language he told me that this book will be liked by me too. That is why I am eager to read this book.
I want to buy this in person because this is a holy book and I respect it a lot. I will come on 20th July in the evening, I pay you in cash and take away this book with me. Hence, make sure this is available.
Will see you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Rehana.
