I am writing this to bring the notice about facing an issue with my account number 123456 where I am getting emails regarding multiple logins, it has not been done by myself.
As a corrective action, although the same concern in details was shared to customer support services on Monday 24-Jul, no proactive action is taken by those representatives.
I am a regular customer in your bank and maintaining my account from last 5 years. I have all my savings are in this account. So, requesting you to please take it on priority and check on the bugs related to proxy logins.
Kindly let me know for any support required from my end.
