Students who live in older dorms currently pay the same amount of rent as the students who live in newer dorms. I don't think that’s fair. think the university should charge less for rooms in older dorms. Rooms in older dorms are small and outdated; rooms in newer dorms are large and have modern features. Also, some students may want to reduce their living expenses, and if certain dorms were priced more cheaply, they would have a way to save money by choosing to live in cheaper dorms.
