The picture illustrates the manufacturing procedure of products from recycled plastic bottles.
Overall, there are nine distinct steps in the process, beginning with collecting discarded botttles and ending up with the eventual products.
Looking at the first step of the process, plastic bottles are accumulated from the garbage cans in various streets and households before being classified into two types: recyclable and non-recyclable in the recycling centre. The next step involves compressing sorted bottles into blocks, which is followed by crushing procedure.
After being washed carefully, pieces of bottles are crushed into pellets that are heated under high temperature to form raw material. After this stage has been completed, factories use this kind of material for the production of other fundamental goods such as bags, pencils and even clothes.
