The three pie charts provide the total school spending by insurance, teacher salaries, furniture and equipment, resources and other workers salaries in UK school with three different years. The most prominent feature is teachers salaries was the biggest spending contrast with insurance.
UK school spent around average 50% of total of expenditure for teachers salaries while it had five percent down in 2001. In contrary, insurance had the least percentage in all years mentioned, but it rose significantly in three different years, with 2%, 3% and 8% respectively. It is interesting to note that worker salaries decreased slightly. But it was declined to 15% in 2001. It was different for resources and furniture and equipment. Resources e.g book rose by 5%, reaching 20% in 1991. Then, it declined by 11% in 2001. In other spending, furniture went up by 18% on school spending in 2001.
To sum up, the given data indicate that the UK school expenditure in 1981, 1991, and 2001, actually accommodated the biggest spending was for salaries (teacher salaries and other workers salaries).
