The diagram below shows the process by which bricks are manufactured for the building industry.
The given diagram depicts how brick is made for the construction industry
Overall, the process is divided into eight stages, beginning with the excavation of the clay and ending with delivery.
First of all, excavators dig clays in the ground, then place them on a metal grid to break them up into smaller pieces which are thrown onto the roller to move the next part. In this part, sand and water are added and mixed with slays to create a mixture, this mixture is either moulded or cut using a wire cutter to give the bricks a raw shape.
After shaping, these bricks are dried in the oven for 24 to 48 hours. The dried is subsequently passed through the kiln with moderate (200 to 980 degrees Celcius) and high (870 to 1300 degrees Celcius) temperatures following the cooling process is taken place in the chamber to cool the brick for 48 to 72 hours. Finally, these qualified bricks are packed and delivered to the consumptive area
