Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites. Other people prefer not to create such records.Which approach do you prefer, and why?
People from all ages today almost have one or more accounts in those social-networking sites. Many informations, like latest news, anecdotes of the famous, can be retrieved from those sites and we can also share our own experiences by posting a post consists of pictures and other information. Personally, I am in favor of such kind of sharings and I like to keep a record of my experience by this way. I will explain the reasons why I prefer to do that in the subsequent paragraphs.
What should be priorized is that sharing your experience on social medias helps you make new friends as well as keep old friends. To begin with, people who have experienced same things are likely to comment below and then you even can have a talk with them wherever you are. There is a vivid example of mine. I love cycling and I bought an indoor cycle stage to exercise without going outside in the period of pandemic. I often shared my training records on the community of Zwift in Reddit. One day, a message popped in Reddit and a people asked me about the use of Zwift in China because he was going to move to China and he was not sure whether the Great Wall will affect the user' experience. I was so happy to see this message because it was a chance that I could help others in my interested fields. I replied his answers in detail and we even have chatted later beyond this questions, which was an interesting experience. Moreover, sharing experience also helps to keep old friends. For instance, when I entered the university, those old friends with whom I have had wonderful times were also going different city to achieve their own dream. The only way can we communicate with each other is chatting on the internet about what we are doing now. If you don't post anything about yourself, no one will know what you are doing and the distance between you and your friends will be enlarged bit by bit. Therefore, it is important to share your experience on the social-networking sites.
What need be mentioned equally is that sharing your experiences on the internet also benefits yourself. Firstly, it can serve as a record of your life. It is known that the memory of the internet is indefinate. The internet won't forget anything as long as you have told it. Thus, it is a good way to record your life on it. Secondly, posting your experiences on social-networking sites may encourage you at some time. I used to post my study progress about a course called 100 Days of Swfit on Reddit and it pushed me to keep studying in case of being regarded as a person without consistence. In a consequence, sharing your experiences on the social media is beneficial for your personal development.
To sum up, I belive that sharing what you are doing on the social-networking sites benefits both for your friendship and your personal development, so I prefer to do that.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
