The given maps compare the current state scenario of an area in the town of Norbiton before and after undergoing an intended development plan. Overall, most of the factories will be replaced with housing areas, roads are widened, and more infrastructure will be built.
As can be seen from the map, the most noticeable changes detected in the future development scheme of the town will be the removal of factories, in order to make room for residential areas and other living facilities. They are relocated along the main streets expanding from the east to the west of the town.
Along with the construction of housing areas, it is detected that roads will be expanded to the north, connecting a group of households situating over the river. Additionally, a small roundabout is also constructed in close proximity to the current one.
Regarding other can be seen that more public buildings are established including a school and a playground in the east. Other services are expected to be added between the two circular sections, with a medical center to the southeast and shops in the opposite direction.
