In many countries more and more young people are becoming jobless What problems do you think unemployment will cause to individuals and the society What measures should be taken to reduce the level of unemployment among youngsters
Nowadays, there iss an increasing number of students who are unemployed after graduation. This trigger negative effects on each person and communities. Hence, Several measures should be taken into consideration as speculated below.
Graduate students failing to receive offer letters from companies might lose the confidence in themselves and be stressed when they make comparison to their high-profiled peers. As a result, lots of youngsters undergo mental health problem and some even commit suicide to end life. In addition, some parents expect their children to sucessfully land for a job after getting graduation certificate to be the breadwinner of the families especially the poverish ones. Unemployed students cannot meet up to family's expectation and this situation also make their living condition worse. Furthermore, financial difficulty caused by joblessnes leads to the higher rate of crime commited such as bank robbery, asset stealing. Consequently, the communities will be more chaotic and insecure. Las by not least, this will also affect economic development of a nation.
With the above issues, goverment should take appropriate action to address. The analysis of workforce alloation for each industry sector should be conducted by goverment and updated to university and school for the according recruitment plan adjustment. High schools and university should also hold vocational guide workshop for students to have general picture and the risk of exess labor if have for each fields and consider ther career path. High school pupils should also be responsible for the choice of majors. Instead of following the crowds by selecting the hot-trend ones, they should thoroughly consider based on several criteria such as their personal interests, potential development and job opportunity of that fileds.
Unemployment among the youngsters recently do harm to not only individuals but also for the whole country. Therefore, country leaders, school and family need to co-operate to tackle this problem.
