Although more and more people read news on the Internet, newspaper will remain the most important source of news. Do you argee or disagree?
it is believed by a number of students that the ministry should spend for the course fees for all of them who want to achieve a university degree. In my opinion, there are both sides of this. In this following essay, I will show my opinions and give reasons why they should and shouldn't.
there are numerous reasons why the government should pay the course fees for students. First of all, it can be like a scholarship that gives disadvantaged colleagues a chance to study at the university. Nowadays, the school tuition are extremely expensive and quite a lot of families are in poverty, it's hard for their child to get a degree. they need to sell their homes, their cars or even their lives to have abundance money in order to pay fees for their child. that's the reason why government should help them pay for the course fees. In addition, if they have a chance to study in the university and have a degree after that, they will be come successful and independent adults in the future. they can come back to support their families and help the authority paid the fees for youngsters in their county.
Another argument against this is a trend that it will be made. they will all think that's the duty the government must do. they will be lazy, won't try hard their best and always depend on their families not themselves. Union might also profit a great deal of money or even higher budget than what they prepare for education. While it is a trend, a number of colleagues in the future will force the ministry to pay their tuition or discount for them.
To sum up, I believe that government should only pay half of the fees for disadvantages students or only propose few scholarships due to the fact in that situation, they will try hard to get it and it's more suitable. Don't merely depend on the ministry, we should insure thinking in which case it's necessary.
