The line graph illustrates the proportion of working age adults in four nations during a period of 90 years from 1960 to 2050.
In general, the rates of working adults in four nations will decrease however at the end of period US had the most adults who were employed.
To begin with 1960, Germany stood at the first position with 67% which was followed by Japan, France recorded as 65% and 63% respectively. Meanwhile, the US had the lowest percentage people in working age, at roughly 60%. The percentage working-age adults inclined in all countries in 2000 and Japan reached the peak of 70% for this figure.
Furthermore all the nations followed the same trend and significant decrease between 63% to 57% in 2019. The US will reach 60% in 2040 and maintain the same position for a decade. The percentages of Germany and France is estimated to witness a downward trend and end with roughly 55% in 2050. In addition, Japan will hit a low percentage of 51% at the end of the period.
