The charts compare the energy generated from different means in a country over a period of 18 years between 1985 and 2003.
Overall, it is clear from graphs that most energy is produced by oil in given period of time.
Additionally, the energy drawn from coal and other renewable increased over period 18 years. On contrast, the hydrogen produced lowest energy.
In 1985, oil were used mostly to generate energy than any other source, which accounted for 52 % total energy produced,but in 2003 it reduced to 39%. Similary,the energy produced from nuclear source were the second highest by 22% of total production of energy.But in 2003, it became third highest producer ,at 17%.
On other hand,the energy drawn from natural gas increase by 10% from 13% to 23% over period of 18 years. While, the hydrogen accounted for same percentage of energy generated in 1985 and 2003. Meanwhile, the energy produced from coal and other renewable sources increased in 2003,from 1% to 4% and 8% to 13% respectively.
