The graph below describes rainfall statistics for some country.
The graph shows the average monthly rainfall across the twelve months of 2004 in some country. It demonstrates how the pattern changes depending in the time of year. With two peaks in July and October.
According to the graph, January, September and December had an equal amount of rainfall recorded in a year which was 50 millimeters. During the first quarter, the amount rainfall goes down slowly from 50mm and the lowest recording occurred around April with less than 40mm. From then on there was a rise and fall noted. Up until the middle of October, the amount of rainfall reached a peak with more than 65 millimeters. But again there was a sudden decline just after a few weeks which continued until December.
To sum up, the highest and lowest rainfall recorded was during the first and last quarters of the year while the amount of rainfall in remaining months remained unstable.
