There are little bit grammar issues and pronunciation errors, but you can express your ideas clearly and fluently. The content is well organized.
To improve your speaking, you still have something to do:
1. Speak more. Try to find speak partners and do more practising.
2. Listen more. Listen to English radios like VOA or BBC daily. Watch English TV like CNN. Pay attention to their pronunciations and correct yourselves.
