To my way of thinking, the leader play a major role in the progress and results of group work. They impact on the success of the team through assignment of duties and the ability to resolve conflicts.

To commence with, the adj team leader is a person who distributes the work suitably. A group leader who leads and coordinates the activities of a group to ensure reasonableness and fairness. Sister’ current company is a social media, she always has the compliments for leader of her team. leader of her group have the timeline of work for each team member. Obviously, the work perfomances have increased more than the lead of former team leader.

In addition, leaders also have a role to play in resolving conflict between team members. When working, the members have different thoughts, so it’s easy to quarrel. Therefore, the leader will negotiate and find the best way to solve the problem to accomplish the common goal.

To sum up, the person chosen to be a team leader is supposed to have coordination of group work and improvement of members’’s relationship.
