I am writing to inform you that I can't attend your party in this Saturday afternoon. I have tried to call you, but you may be on duty at your school, and you don't answer me. Therefore, I send this email to you. As you know, when you call me to invite the party ,I have a plan to attend, but my company has had an incident at checking product process, I am Product Mananger must attend a meeting for 2 weeks to repair and improve the checking system in my company.
Once again, I am sorry about my absence in your party. If you have any party next 2 weeks, I will try my best to attend party.
