In some countries, the father plays an important role in bringing up children. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this trend.
it is true that these days the father performs a fundamental role in bringing up children in some countries. while I accept that there are benefits and drawbacks of this trend, I would argue that the father is better not to take the childcare responsibility
this option is disadvantageous to some extent. the main shortcoming is that the father delegates responsibility for being a breadwinner in a family, especially in a single-parent family so he has to be under enormous financial pressures. therefore, the father may have little time for their children and they do not have a chance to access better education or even have to experience feelings of loneliness and isolation. in addition, the father is sometimes unable to understand the child, particularly the girl.
on the other hand, I believe that raising the children by the father has some undeniable advantages. first, there must be stay-at-home dads who know how to nurture and educate the children very well. second, the father is able to cope with the high cost of raising the children so that the children may not feel deprived of finance and material support.
in conclusion, it seems to me that there are a lot of disadvantages for bringing up the children by the father more than some notable advantages.
