To live in a small town or a big city has become a hot topic. Which place would you prefer to live in?

Living in a small town is always a blessing and bliss but a city life cannot be discarded. Both have advantages and some disadvantages. Life in a small town provides a way to connect with family but city life has more opportunities and growth than the former. The details are discussed below.

Firstly, living with close family and circles in small town provides mental peace
and is good for emotional well-being. This helps in frequent visits to dear ones' home and to know where-about of relatives.
Secondly, the pollution and traffics are less when compared with big towns which is healthy and long travel time due to traffic can be avoided. This helps in saving extra time, energy and money for useful resources.
Thirdly, it provides opportunities to live with nature which is good for self and a family to completely live with clean air and less noise.

For example, the post pandemic era has made many city individuals to migrate to their towns and which thought us the value of time, peace and love more than before. Since technology is revolutionized in recent years, working from anywhere became easy.

On the other hand, city life provides more opportunities for children's education and employability and great exposure to different cultures in metros where multi-cultural environment is normal. Also, children develop communication skills
while interacting with other people. Also, all things are available easily and are reachable. Also, working mothers in city find a good quality schools and daycares nearby their dwelling places in big cities which is a challenge in small town.

To conclude, a proper balance must be maintained by adapting to a hybrid model where one stays connected with family often at the same time living in a city for health, education and emotional wellbeing.
