These days, regular people and academic people are aurguing about healthcare past and today.

Personally, I believe nowdays people are healthier than befor, not only because of better heathcar and development of medical knowledg, but also beacous of diagnose for lot of new sichnesses.

Even though I undrestand Jonah's concentration about exerce and lifestyle in the past, but he misses another criticcal point about some sickness related to this lifestyle like arthrose and lots of pain in their bone.

I strongly agree whit Amber'e beliefe that medical knowledge was not advance, but I whould like to add that people in the past didn't trust in docters and modern medical.
