Since the first civilization have created , people have some unique traditions. Also, today's people have their customs too. In my country, there are countless traditions. I will tell you our one of the most important traditions which is " Sıra Geceleri" . In this custom, we come together and cook our traditional foods, sing traditional songs and talk each other. It is important because it helps people to come together regularly, spread our traditions to new generations and enjoy.

To begin with, nowadays, people cannot have enough time for meeting their relatives. Thanks to Sıra Geceleri, our people meet constantly. To illustrate this event with an example, when the time comes , we meet for Sıra Geceleri. During this event, especially men sing our traditional songs and women cook our traditional meal. Moreover, people contact and get to know better each other. In brief, Sıra Geceleri helps people to keep in touch with each other.

The second reason is that, in terms of the spreading our traditions , Sıra Geceleri is one of the most crucial events in my country. For instance, not only the elder people but also the children participate this event. Thus, thanks to the younger people, our traditional habits are transported to new generations. To sum up, both elder people and young people are participating this event. Thanks to this situation, our custom spread.

The third reason is that, Sıra Geceleri is such an enjoyable event. For example, during this event, we sing our traditional songs and dances traditionally. It is very entertaining especially for kids. Thus, it helps to regular participation.

To put it in a nutshell, regarding coming together regularly, spreading our traditional goods and entertainment, Sıra Geceleri is the most significant customs for our people. I am of the opinion that, nowadays, because of the busyness, people all around the world adopt this event in order to see each other.
