Some people read books, some exercise while others work in their garden in order to reduce the stress. From my experience, I posit that the best way of reducing stress in reading in the nature. The arguments for my choice are enumerated below.
First, reading is the best way to escape current problems of modern life. By thinking about the book you forget yourself in the real world. For example, when I was ten year old and was upset because of my reputation at school I went to the forest and sitting under the tree started reading the book by Jack London, “White Fang”. That was a beautiful story, and lost in minds I found out that it was already night, therefore returned home. After that, I use to spend lingering hours in the nature to vanish my everyday problems.
Also, the nature inspires me to clear my mind and be conscious at my lessons or at work. With open mind I am able to improve the quality of my job. For example, several days ago, I was unhappy and did not know what to do. People call it the time of stress. So I decided to go away at the week-end into the wild and took a book with me. Thus, I had a great time by resting surrounded by trees and birds singing around, after I was able to start working better and keep up with my fellows.
Moreover, reading is important learning experience, and this motivates me to do great things. Now I work, have a family and two beautiful children. I love them very much, but no one can say that sometimes the aggregation of work and family is not stressful. To avoid such problems I again like to go to the country, also I take my family with me. Furthermore, we read magazines and books about new technologies or older ones. For example, I got know how to make a fishing hook by hand, and we all broke out to start making it together. It escaped us from difficulties of the life.
When all is said and done, I claim that the best way of reducing stress is to read books or magazines out in the wild. If you want to run away from everyday modern life difficulties, succeed at work or have a great time with your family, start reading a book, better in the arms of Mother Nature.
