Should children spend much time on sport
Some people hold the opinion that children spend much time on sport whereas many take the opposite views. As far as I am concerned, spending much time on sport is really vital for children for many aspects, such as phisical and mental health and cooperation soul.
To begin with, physical and mental health are very significant for children, in particular in early ages. Sport activities contribute to all children for having a healthy life. Take a jogging activity at the forest for example. The brain cells need oxygen and best way to get oxygen is jogging at the forest. Similarly, swiming provides children to get strong muscles, which help children to be distinguished in a society. Mental helath is bound to physical health, which means that if a child exert effort to deal with any physical problem we can not expect him/her to get excellent mental health. So, sport s activities help children to maintain high quality life style.
Last bu not least, cooperation helps children to achieve a lot of things in their life and collaberative activities are provided through many sports fields. The more the children take part in any sport activities, the more they learn how to dealth with any problem as a group. Football matches requried strong helping each other during the match. So, children are taught by the trainer how they help each other. This good habit is maintained by children in other situations in their life sice they practiced in advanced.
Taking into account all of these factors, we can reach the conlusion that if we want our children to be healthy and get collaborative awareness we encorage them to spend much time for sport activities since sport can provide all we expect.
