There is a widely held belief among psychologist that some people organize their programs; however, other groups of people do usually not organize their programs. In my opinion, organized people are more successful than disorganized people, and I usually try to organize my programs. I believe that I am an organized man.
First and foremost, organized people usually have distinctive schedule and arrangement. They usually have to-do list for every day, every month, and even every year. They try to plan an organized program for daily activity. In my situation, I try to have a complete to-do list for myself. I usually think all night what I must do next day, and I never sleep until complete my scheduling for next day.
Furthermore, organized people have good ability to how view problem. They usually have positive prospective and try to see the half full of glass. This view helps them to see to life easier than other people. About myself, while I never see problems, I try to see solutions for my problems. For example, I have a major problem for my thesis which takes much time to solve it. But finally, I can find a good solution by searching websites and reading different books.
Finally, organized people can solve problems easily. Because of their positive prospective, they never see to a problem as a dilemma. They usually try to find an appropriate solution for each problem. Since they usually categorize their knowledge, they easily find solution for their problem. I also try to classify my knowledge and paper in my room, my office, and even my car. This helps me to find everything that I want easily. For instance, one day my boss has a major problem in work. He could not find specific contract in his office. When he asked me about that, I rapidly found that and gave it to him as soon as possible.
All in all, I held the view that organized people usually have good and happy life. They enjoy their life and do not like to waste their time by thinking of insignificant problems. I like this point and I emphatically try to be as an organized man.
