In regard to food, although some people prefer to eat at food stands and restaurant. I personally, prefer to cook and eat at home. The basis of my view are based on several reasons.

First of all, I like to be in control of what i'm eating. In another words, I prefer to know the exact ingredients of a certain meal. For example; when a person goes to a restaurant and order grilled fish, he would never be aware of the extra ingredients that could be added to his specific order, like salt, spices, oil and so on.
