What is stopping me from
What is stopping me from getting a perfect 30 score? @essayE-rater....
We rarely give users 30 out
We rarely give users 30 out of 30 even though they really deserve 30. The main reason is that users may get satisfied with the score 30 and stop practicing. They are angry if they couldn't get 30 in real TOEFL exam. So, generally, 28 in 30 in testbig already means 30 in 30. It doesn't mean there are something wrong with your speaking.

28 in 30.
