yes, i am feeling same thing. i can speak fluently in some topics while i cannot speak fluently in another topic. Please guide me how to improve. for me there is no body to speak in english at home or to communicate in english. only the thing which i can do is i record my speaking and listen, but i feel i am not able to find out the exact problem. please help me for this.

Well, you will have to create an English environment at home, like: watch English TV programs; read English newspapers; and find a speaking partner to practice speaking together; etc;
and don't talk something you are not familiar with, just talk something you know well or give very simple reasons like: 'save time', 'save money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' to all speaking topics.
