New Library Hours
The administration has announced plans to reduce the number of evening hours the library will be open during the weekdays. We should all support this plan. Most students use the library’s resources during the day, either in between classes or right after classes. The library is often nearly empty of students during the evening hours. Accordingly, the reduction will not disturb most students’ study patterns. Moreover, with the reduction in hours open, the library will require less money to operate. This money can be used for other purposes, such as increasing the amount available for student scholarships.
