The university newspaper announces that the choir is going to change its performance schedule during next year. The man likes the plan and thinks that it will motivate the members of the choir. He states that some other schools are very good and the university’s choir should work hard to beat them. The competition will make the choir to rehearse more often during the week and get much better. In addition, the program is small now although there are some talented people in the choir and there are some more potential students to be attracted to the choir. If they go and perform off-campus according to the program, the other students will hear them and realize that they are really good so they will be interested in attending in this choir and being part of it. Therefore, the program will be improved.
