Try this pattern for Q4:
Introduction. something like 'The professor is talking about....'. about two sentences in 10 seconds. (content from reading, like: explain a term)
Sub topic 1, blabla... about 25 seconds (content from lecture)
Sub topic 2, blabla... about 25 seconds (content from lecture)
