Possible solutions: 1. Check
Possible solutions:
1. Check out whether you have this habit in your own language. If Yes, means you are used to it. You have to do a lot to remove it.
2. Start to talk something simpler and easier or you are familiar with. You are more relaxing in this situation. Practicing more on question 1-2. Don't rush to go to question 3-6.
3. There is no short cut for speaking -- Talk more. You can set up a chat room and invite friends joining, or join other users' chat room.
