How have you contributed to solving a challenge and to implementing change or reform

In our company, we have huge gaps in work adaptability between researchers and administrative employees, including in managing human resources. I started to work in my department at 2013, and in 2015, I need to lead a few technicians who are academically not satisfying to understand our research purpose, tea processing, and how to control the quality in producing good tea. my first approach is by communicating about their job description and divide them by work breakdown structure (WBS). I try to give them some understanding and an example of how they should do the work. The last step was to supervise them for a time. All those steps I need to support for a year. I also appointed as PIC for soil and soil nutrition laboratory in 2017 until now. this appointment was because I was a chemical analyst graduated from 4 years of public vocational school. At this laboratory, my approach was different, because I have competent subordinates in chemical analysis but they tend to leave work early. my first approach for them was consultative type, and then I was trying to highlight the importance of to stand by in the laboratory even there was no sample to analyze, as to be stand by is part of their job description. I haven’t taken official training in leadership, but I learned from my seniors and colleague experiences.
