Essay topics:

Some people believe that capital punishment should not be used. Others, however, argue that it should be allowed for the most serious crimes.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.

The presence of capital punishment is a challenging discussion among the psychologist, social experts and law scholars. While some psychologists strongly repudiate the presence of capital punishment, the law scholars emphasize the importance of death penalty as a preventive strategy. Moreover, the interpretation of social experts is interesting that the fulfillment of capital punishment require the the understanding of people and society conditions. To elaborate more on this subject, the following reasons and examples will be presented.

First and foremost, the presence of the capital punishment has one main advantage. Based on the law experts opinion, it is a preventive strategy and if a person in a society commit a crime deserving a death penalty, the implementation of capital punishment, reflects a significant notice for other members to prevent it. For instance, in many counteries, murdering and human killing deserve death penalty and without this type of punishment, the rate of murdering crime might increase remarkably. As a result, the capital punishment controls the commitment to laws in society.

In contrast to above opinion, the psychologists believe that capital punishment is not preventive strategy to stop the crime and prevent people from breaking laws. They emphasize on this fact that lots of people have been recognized guilty in court of law and sentenced to the capital punishment that there were not sufficient proof for their crime. The implementation of the death penalty led to negative effects in those countries and jeopardize the foundation of the government. In addition, to establish the preventive strategy, before executing the capital punishment, the origin of the crime should be studied and even for murdering, the death penalty might not be an appropriate rule.

To recapitulate, the implementation of capital punishment has positive and negative aspects. While the preventive strategy is considered as a positive impact, on the other hand, the negative consequences in society member cannot be neglected. To my best knowledge, I believe the implementation of capital punishment require a vast social studies and it cannot prescribed for all countries. The level of wealth, education, and culture are critical factors effecting the executing capital punishment.
