Some people say modern children’s games do not develop a wide range of skills, while traditional games can be much better for developing such skills. Some people say outdoor activities bring benefits to children’s development rather than computer games. To what extent do you agree or disagree.
In this contemporary world, there are many kinds of children’s games on mobile phone but many people believed that this is not help for whole skills and traditional games is better. However, some people believed that outdoor activities help children to development rather than other games. In my opinion, two arguments also have negative and positive effect and this essay will examine both sides of the argument before conclusion is drawn.
Admittedly, there are some arguments in favor of children play games on computer or mobile phone do not develop a wide range of skills but traditional game is better and still suitable. First, create traditional games are believed to equalize playing opportunities among young adolescents regardless of their family background. First, traditional games presumably tends not only to increase the overall active person of lower-income people but also to mitigate their feeling of inferiority, which promotes an egalitarian society. Second, computer games as traditional game would probably result in a higher supply of highly qualified workers, which benefits society in the long run. In fact, it is acknowledged that skilled and knowledgeable human capital is imperative to foster economic growth and technological development in any nations. Furthermore, playing games on computer can help people to make friends or learn new langue by the game they choosing.
Nevertheless, the resultant problems would be far more significant than the minor benefits once children play computer games too much. Other believed that children need to have outdoor activities is good for their health and life.
First, outdoor activities such as escape to neighborhood parks, hiking through the woods, or spending a weekend by the lake can lower a person’s stress levels, help them to have a better feeling after a long day at school, meaning that government can easy to input healthcare systems and transport infrastructure. Second, outdoor activities could tempt many young people including they are good on sport and can successful in future or show interesting in doing sports and potentially save their time instead of stay at home and play game on computer. Especially, they can learn more thing from experience and also make they more energy. It, instead, would be a more leisure active option if the resources were focused on their health and have clearly plans to do in their free times.
In conclusion, computer games and outdoor activities also have disadvantages and advantages. From my perspective, I believe that children need to do more outdoor activities is better than any games and also help them more in their future career.
