Dear Mr. John,
I am writing to bring to your attention a leakage problem with my kitchen tap at flat number 20 in your owned building on North Road.
My annual vacation was due, therefore I traveled out of the city for almost one month. When I returned home last week, I have noticed a heavily water drops from my kitchen tap. I ensured before my leave to close the main water service connection, but the leakage has occurred.
I have two main taps in the kitchen, and only one which is for the washing machine was leaking. I could only assume that its connection with the machine`s hose became loose; however it was newly assembled. Either its make is size is incorrect or the water pressure was too high to sustain the connection.
I have comprehensive maintenance contract with your company, and my contract states that all damaged items are covered. I would therefore ask that you report the problem to the maintenance department, and that you request them to come and replace it at soon as possible.
