You ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago but you have received nothing.
Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service. Say when and how you ordered the cheque book. Ask how much longer you will have to wait and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to log complain about the non- receipt of cheque book which I requested around two weeks back.
I run a small enterprise and most of the financial transactions are done through cheques. In order to avoid crisis of cheque book, I regularly check the status and place request in advance. Generally, it takes a week to get it from the bank by the courier, though this time I did not receive anything. Although, I am not acquainted with online method, I sought the help of my accountant and placed the request online through Net banking. I was in the impression that online request expedite the delivery, however, it did not in my case. Now it has become critical for me to get the cheque book as I am not able to make payments to the suppliers and this is causing disruption in my business.
Firstly, I would like you to enquire about this incident and confirm back to me, how long it will take more to reach me. In addition, what actions will be taken so that such incidents should not be repeated in the future?
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
James
