Having resived both of the sources, the subject of both the passege and the lecture is about pterosaurs were an old group ofwinged reptiles which was large and with a wingspan of over 12 meters.
Firstly, the reading passage says that pterosaurs had cold-bloades which helps reduce metabolism and could prevent to lose the enegy for flying and also they can product their own energy, while listening passage says that pterosaurs has higher body temputure and faster than reading passage emphised.
Secondly, in conarast to speaker's points of view, the author points out there is limit the weight of animals for flying. they are so heavy and it does not allow them to fly. The speaker, however disagreas with this point of view because they can hallow inside
Thirdly, the reading passage says that all animals could take off from ground such as bird. however, it did not work for large pterosaurs inasmuch as they could need big, powerful muscles for this but their back leg muscles were too small and weak.
The speaker, goes on to say, however, that take off was not problem. There are difference between birds and pterosaurs so they could walk on from the ground.
