The graphs present the number of computer owners as a percentage of population (the first graph) and a percentage of an educational level (the second graph) group during the period from the 2002 to 2010.
Firstly, the steady rise of the amount of computer owners can be at both graphs. The computer ownership in total rose from less then 60 per cent in 2002 to about 75 per cent in 2010.
